I wanted to take the time to send you my thanks for the incredible job you and your guys did on our conveyor system. We knew that adding the automatic sandblaster would really help our production time in the shop and we assumed the conveyor system would really help as well, but we didn't know that the conveyor system would actually be MORE beneficial to our workflow than the automatic sandblaster. We are able to move stone from place to place without using the crane, which saves time, work and mistakes (breakage). The turn tables work great...I've only heard extremely positive things about them and the rest of the system.
While I appreciate the very high quality of the system, your service, follow-up and personal desire to make sure we were 110% satisfied was just as important to us.
I know you asked me to give you any "constructive feedback" I could so you can improve your business, but I just can't. The product, the installation, the follow-up - everything was perfect!
