Pneumatic Stone Turners
Tired of having to rely on an expensive, bulky crane to flip or rotate your heavy materials? JKI has the solution! Our pneumatic stone turner was designed to sit in a conveyor line, and allows a material (up to 12-inches thick) to be flipped/rotated without the use of a crane.

As with all of our products, JKI only uses high-quality, heavy-duty materials in the construction of our stone turner. The uprights are fashioned from 1/4 inch rectangular tubing. The rollers are made with precision-seal bearings, and are then covered in 1/4 inch thick rubber, which protects the surface of your material from being scratched while being moved. The flipping is powered by 8 inch pneumatic cylinders, and the lifting is powered with a 6 inch actuator bladder.
This unit also features a turn table, which is designed to lift and rotate materials. This turn table is built as a self-contained unit on one end of the pneumatic stone turner.
The pneumatic stone turner runs strictly off of air, with a recommended pressure of 70 PSI. You can choose either hand valves or foot valves to operate the cylinders, while the lifting actuator is operated with a 2-way hand valve.
