Turn Tables

JKI offers several types of custom designed and built turn tables. We offer stationary turn tables (should you not have the need for a table in a conveyor system), as well as transfer turn tables, which were designed to transfer heavy objects from one conveyor system to another. Both types of tables are integrated with a turn table top to allow rotation, which enables you to service a perpendicular conveyor.

All of our turn tables are made of high quality, heavy-duty steel and include a locking system that allows the turn table to lock every 90 degrees to avoid accidental or unexpected rotation. They also include a lock-release handle on each side, allowing easy access from all angles. The table rotates on a 24-inch round track, which allows for smooth rotation, no matter where the weight is placed on the conveyor.
